The basics of garlic roast: It’s the most basic of all the meals you can make for yourself.
But how do you cook a delicious one?
Cut up a large garlic clove.
Add a few cloves of garlic to a saucepan and simmer on medium heat for several minutes.
While the garlic is cooking, heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp.
salt and 2 Tbsp of pepper.
Stir the mixture until it thickens.
Add some water to thin it out.
Once the garlic thickens, turn the heat down to medium-low and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, you can also cut a garlic cloves into small pieces and use them to make the sauce.
Add the sauce to a large pot, cover with a lid, and cook for about 2 hours.
Once it’s done cooking, remove the lid and let the garlic cook for another 10-15 minutes.
To serve, sprinkle some freshly grated parmesan on the garlic and top with freshly grating Parmesan cheese and serve.
