India’s largest temple of Vishnu is the Hindu Kush, but the salt it produces is made in the Himalayan foothills, where its being used by the people of the holy city of Panchayat, in southern India.
The Himalayan salt is the salt of choice for the people who live in Panchaya, the oldest city in India and home to the Ramayana, the Mahabharata, the Bhagavad Gita and many other ancient texts.
In an interview with The Hindu, Dr Sudhakar Das, Director of Salt and Pepper Research Centre, said that Panchayan was the first to use salt and the salt used in Pansyas salt production is of Himalayan origin.
According to Dr Das, Himalayan salts are highly valuable and were known in India for centuries, but this is the first time the salt produced by Panchyas temple has been sold commercially.
“The Himalayas salt is highly prized because of its purity, it’s highly concentrated, so its very valuable,” he said.
“This is a very good example of a local salt production that is in a very rural area and there are no industrial plants in the area.”
The salt has been manufactured in the temple by monks from Panchakya who use salt to cook rice.
Panchamans salt is very well known in the region and is made by the monks.
“There is a market of people who buy this salt and then sell it.
The villagers are very well connected to the temple and they are the people with whom the temple has its connections.”
In the past, Panchya had used the salt in cooking.
This year, the temple had a large gathering in the grounds and they used it to make a special dish.
The temple is a traditional gathering place for the followers of Vishnupati, the goddess of agriculture.
Pansya temple has the highest population in Panganagar, the holiest city in the state of Puducherry, and is also the place where the Ramayanayas Ramayas of Pansiya are celebrated.
The salt, which is extracted from salt caldrons, is distilled from cumin, and it is used to make other salts.
The Panchkarpat temple has one of the largest collections of salt in India, Dr Das said.
The village, which lies about 20 km (12 miles) from Pansyan, is situated on the banks of the Brahmaputra River, and the village has about 15,000 people.
The Salt and Peppers Research Centre has conducted research on the Himalayans salt production and has been monitoring the situation of the salt for years.
Dr Das explained that Himalayan Salt is the best quality salt available in the world.
“This is the only salt in the whole world that is the highest purity, the salt that is used in the holy places and in the homes of people from all parts of India,” he explained.
The research institute has conducted a series of surveys on the Salt and Salt Peppers, and Dr Das told The Hindu that the survey has revealed that the Himalaya salt has a very high purity and purity is the main reason for the high purity.
“It is the same salt that was used by Ramayanas, and we are trying to determine if there is a source of the Himalays salt,” he added.
