It’s no secret that salt and salt water is a fickle mistress.
When I was a kid, the salty tastes were so appealing that I just had to try it, just to make sure it was salty enough.
I’ve been to the store a few times to try a few of my favorite flavors, and every time I try a new one, I find I can’t stop thinking about how it was made.
Now, my kids love them and have the same exact recipe they always made when I was in the kitchen.
Salt and saltwater.
I can hardly believe it, right?
It’s all I can think about when I’m at work.
The first time I made them, they were made with a mix of sesame oil and water and were incredibly delicious.
My husband and I were obsessed with making them for dinner, and after years of making them, we finally got around to making them at home.
I used to make them as a kid in the summer, but now I have a big pot that’s always filled with a few tablespoons of salt and then I put in a bunch of sifted and shredded lettuce, garlic, and onion and stir it all together.
I use a bit of salt on top to keep the sauce from getting too salty.
The sauce is super easy and tastes great.
If you like to make salt and seasoning on the go, this recipe is for you!
You can also substitute the fresh ginger with fresh thyme or even use ground ginger.
Or you can even use crushed red pepper flakes to make this recipe more spicy.
If the salt is too salty, just add a little water to the pan and then stir to combine.
Now if you’re not super fancy with your cooking, you can also add a splash of lemon juice to make it sweeter and more refreshing.
You could also add some more spices, like cayenne pepper, cumin, and some freshly grated nutmeg.
If that’s your thing, you could add in some cayennes, chili powder, paprika, and black pepper, but this is the one recipe where I always have to change it up, especially when the seasonings are so versatile!
I think I will be making a batch of this every week to give my kids a little taste of home.
The ingredients for the recipe are easy to find in the food section of your local grocery store.
Just remember to always make sure to season with salt and seasonings. Enjoy!
